International Business Operations for Start-ups.

AKI lead the start-up phase of a brand new e-commerce venture as they set up operations in southern California as well as in New Delhi, India. In less than 6 months, AKI set up two fully functioning headquarters in the U.S. and India, hired 52 people in various areas of expertise, from Vice Presidents to internet specialists to educators, sales and support staff; created innovative on-line and off-line marketing campaigns producing regional and national exposure in just 60 days; launched initial and ongoing focus groups and integrated feedback to create and refine the company’s business plan. Results? Unprecedented industry success with 180 registered subscription accounts within 60 days.

Nationwide Operational Consistency.

AKI lead the development, design and execution of 9 process guides (“playbooks”) for the nation’s largest new home sales and marketing company. With three acquisitions within a two year period, this company expanded rapidly from 3 states to 12, and needed immediate, consistent guidelines for seamless service state-to-state. Each playbook comprehensively established roles, responsibilities, tools, resources, guidelines, samples and forms to help each individual effectively execute his/her responsibilities. Over 1000 tools and forms were then uploaded onto a brand new company intranet to provide an internal resource for 1200+ sales professionals and managers. Results? High level behaviors consistently executed to better service customers and their biggest new business development year ever.

Neuro - Marketing Campaigns That Yield Higher Sales.

AKI met with two brothers who owned one of the largest commercial construction companies in the Midwest. Tired of slow sales and spending lots of advertising dollars in trade journals, AKI helped them create two direct ad campaigns to generate sales. First ad campaign, “Of course we’re competitive, we’re brothers.” Second ad campaign when their construction project was complete, “Hey, Mom, look what we built.” Results? Massive increase in direct calls seeking their business.

Coaching the Next Generation of Leaders.

AKI coached 57 account managers and five Area Regional Managers within one company on executive leadership and performance for 12 months. Results? At the end of the timeframe, increased accountability and improved client relations were noted as benefits of the coaching program greater than 80% of the time; increased performance and productivity levels were cited in 50+ individuals and teams; two Regional Managers performance was so improved they were promoted to Division Presidents.

Curriculum Increases Company Valuation.

AKI created and produced the certification and training program for a growing international online educational and social networking company. Results? This in-depth educational resource and training curriculum for instructors, including both a facilitator guide, participant manual, videos and original training exercises, immediately increased the intellectual capital and inherent value of the company.
